Leadership Needs

The area of making disciples requires individuals who are committed to evangelism and nurturing young believers in the faith. The necessary qualifications vary depending on the ministries performed. At a minimum, individuals should have a theological education.

• Those working with camp ministries would need a strong background in camp ministry and a theological education.
• Those teaching at the college level will need a Master's degree in their respective disciplines.
