Leadership Needs

The leadership needs for the mentoring church planters and church-planting pastors prong are as follows:

• Theological Educators -- Minimum qualification here is an accredited Master's Degree in their respective discipline
• Support leadership in the apprenticeship program -- Bachelor's degree and ministry experience.
• Pastors or church planters -- Individuals who are willing to mentor students at the local church
